Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. You can subscribe to have products delivered every 30 days at a discount. Subscriptions are flexible and can be changed anytime. -
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your Justinature Account Portal. Go to Login / My Account on the website, sign in using the email you placed your order with, then select Manage Subscription. -
How do I pause or skip a subscription delivery?
Inside your subscription portal, select your active product and choose Skip next order or Pause subscription. Your changes will update immediately. -
How do I change my subscription product?
Log into your account, open Manage Subscription, select the subscription you want to edit, choose Swap Product, and select your new item. Your subscription will update for the next billing cycle. -
How do I update my payment method?
Log into your Justinature account, open Manage Subscription, select Payment Method, and update your card details. -
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, select Manage Subscription, and choose Cancel Subscription. You may also email us at admin@justinature.com for help. -
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout South Africa and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. -
How long does delivery take?
South Africa: 2–4 working days.
International: 6–15 working days depending on location and customs. -
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a live link. -
What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email admin@justinature.com with your order number. Opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons. -
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item as quickly as possible. -
