FLOW catalyzed a movement raising awareness, advancing education and inspiring action across all sectors of society by instilling a deep appreciation, understanding and respect for water. FLOW linked and mobilised individuals, communities, NGOs, governments, corporates, media and youth by embedding the value " for love of water". It started in 2010 and continued till 2022.
Rawlicious, Elements for Radiant Health is a 4-disc DVD series that explores the key elements needed for radiant health. It was a pioneer in South Africa regarding the benefits of eating a Raw Vegan Lifestyle. It contained information sections, recipe demos, special interviews and menu ideas for the aspiring Early Adopters in SA. Produced in 2010.
As a regional network of The Biomimicry Institute, biomimicrySA promotes the study and imitation of nature’s remarkably efficient designs, bringing together scientists, engineers, architects and innovators who can use those models to create sustainable technologies. The biomimicry process of consulting life’s genius utilises a clear, proven design methodology, complete with effective implementation tools, developed over a decade of work with companies, entrepreneurial organisations, universities, governments, and non-profits.
The goal of this design challenge was to invent a suitable application for the FogHa TIN material using biomimicry principles to serve as a source of clean water. The challenge ran over a one year period.
The project sought to pilot a method of facilitating community owned and managed infrastructure while innovating service delivery. The project designed and built innovative low tech water and waste treatment solutions in the Langrug informal settlement in South Africa. The solutions were inspired by the genius of nature and the local community. The project was able to support community development, local leadership and multi stakeholder alignment as well as foster a definite self organisation while generating local green economic empowerment. The total span of the project was 6 years from 2013 till 2019.
Walls for Wash is the first iteration of an educational arts programme by Viva con Agua South Africa that uses the Universal Language Approach (ULA) as its entry point; with a focus on art and its ability to traverse boundaries of language and culture to deliver education on water and sanitation hygiene (WASH) in a joyful manner. This project ran over the year of 2019.

It is created to contribute to the sustainable well-being, inner-peace, interpersonal skills, and collaborations that enable individuals to facilitate lasting harmonious and positive changes.
Highly skilled professionals and exemplary community leaders are carefully selected to undergo “Train the Training” program and become coaches. Working in groups and with their mentors during an intense training, these professionals (teachers, journalists, social and youth workers, entrepreneurs, artists, and others) improve their personal and professional capacities, and integrate a human-centric approach into their work
Upon completed education, using their unique professional skillset, learned methodologies and SANCHILD´s values – trainees return to their communities to implement their own “Ripple” projects and accelerate the HARMONY vision to inspire positive changes.
